These terms apply to all services provided by data aesthetics.

Ownership & usage
All visual work created by data aesthetics remains the intellectual property of data aesthetics until full payment has been received.

Upon payment, clients receive the right to use the delivered visuals for their intended purpose.

data aesthetics retains the right to display completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless agreed otherwise.

Revisions
The scope of the project and number of revision rounds are agreed upon in advance.

Liability
data aesthetics is not liable for damages resulting from the use of delivered materials.
